Gmarket is the worst online company I ever deal with. The customer service are ignorant, I have deposit money in my account 502,700 KRW, after a year I asked for the refund, They make excuses so many times, one day they said have refund to my bank account but never did. Then the other day, they said they can't refund to my bank due to currency problem, After a long long long email and write hundreds to their email in help gmarket overseas, they just ignore me, and last time I checked, they have erased my gcash balance which is 502,700 KRW. I never believe big company already make such big profits still can do this kind of stuff. They are big theft. I have all the proofs in email conversation with their useless customer service. Big big big dissapointment!!!
