Kindly be informed that it is most probably the item has not reached Pos Malaysia and hence tracking system is not working at the moment. You are able to track it once the item reach Malaysia.

When the item is arrived at MY, you can check with the post office in Malaysia.
Kindly contact the post office in MY with your tracking number as the item was sent out accrodingly.
Concluded, as customer i was told to check both sg post and pos laju, both not tracing my tracking no. EQ303163774SG.
That after sending request of refund as delivery date expired. Yet was told to keep tracking. I demand case to close with refund.
