I had ordered for an external hard drive (order no. 1571475632) on August 13. It is Sept. 02 now, and my order has not arrived yet. However, the website shows that the item has been 'delivered'. I have written several emails to Gmarket customer service. They have replied to me specifying that they are trying to deal with the associated seller and delivery man, but the fact remains that my order has not reached yet. I have also requested a refund of my money, but to no avail.
