If you are considering using this company, don't do it! You will regret it. This is my experience. Once you become a member you can schedule appointments with your consultant. They have this thing call a scheduler. You're suppose to schedule an appointment with a consultant and on the day of your appointment, you are suppose to review the progress of your file. On the day of my appointment, they tell me that I did not schedule an appointment and I wasn't on the schedule. The other time I was told the appointment scheduler did not work. This went on for months. So as a result, this feedback you are suppose to get, you never get.
Second issue, they are not doing anything extraordinary to your file. Don't believe the hype they give you about all the stuff they will do to your file to get things removed. It is a lie and a scam.
Third issue. Their service is overpriced. I knew this when I signed on, so this is my fault. They are not doing anything the other companies are doing at a hell of a lot less. Don't make the same mistake I did. All I can do is let you know my mistakes and issues with this company and hope you do not do the same.
Fourth Issue. Don't be suckered into the contract and being locked into this scam. You can get the same thing from other providers, at half the price and not be tied into a contract.
This is what I did as a result of me being dissatisfied. I was so dissatisfied with this company that I told them stop working on my file. Don't do anymore work on it. I didn't want to get into an argument with them over my unpaid balance so I am continuing to pay the balance. I still needed my credit repaired so I looked for another company and I found them. I found a company that is getting the results, providing good customer service and feedback at half the price. I don't want to give the name of the company out because I am not trying to get business for them but what I am trying to say that folks, don't make the same mistake I did with these folks. Before I signed on with these guys, I read the negative reviews and ignored them. Don't ignore the negative reviews. Don't make the same mistake I did.
