I purchased a groupon for Air Quality last Fall. Everytime I schedule an appointment they cancel the day before or the day of their appointment. Apparently, they have no vendors willing to do the work for the price in the Seattle area. The next available appointment is alway 3 months away. Their customer service personnel are rude and will not be flexible with you to reschedule. What a mistake and it appears to be scam.
