Ameren never has an available Supervisor, or the Supervisor just does not want to be available, spent 2 hours waiting and still no Supervisor. The employee first hung up on my mother and the 2nd time my mom called the employee was very rude and arrogant. All my mom wanted was to make payment arrangements, being 64 and on disability and she was told she could not have payment arrangements. So much for Ameren helping people in need. So much for their low-income dollar help. Where are all the extra dollars I pay going, into someones pocket?
