I bought a laptop on Sept. 9 and order number is 62188063. After 6 days waiting (9/15) and many, many calls, they simply told me 'we do not have item, will refund your money'. They never tried to contact me when 2-3 waiting time is over. How many people can live without laptop for 6 days? It is hard enough, then I have be told all the waiting was just a joke and totally wasted of time. They advertised 8 were available when I ordered, they sold the item they don't even have. It is a joke! When is the business professionism and ethics? I warned general public, do not buy from BUY.com. They can not deliver the stuff they ad and sell. Don't be fooled!!
