On August 22 Clear debited my account for 74.10 for a modem I needed to return. I was in the process of moving and forgot to mail the modem. I talked to customer service and the issue was resolved and the 74.10 was returned to my checking account.
On August 23, I mailed the modem at 12:45pm from a UPS location in Charlotte NC.
The tracking number is1Z07R37W9099064988 and your company received the package on August 26. On September 7 74.10 was again taken from my account, however, this time three checks came in the same day and bounced. My bank paid the items and charged me 30 dollars per check (90.00). When I called to complain the 74.10 was returned to my account and it was agreed that your company would take care of the the NSF charges in three days. I waited to call after three days because my account was not cleared of the charges. I talked to people all over the world and could not speak to anyone who really understood my problem. They kept telling me that they returned the money to my account. Finally, I understood that they did not understand my issue. After repeated calls I could no longer talk to anyone. I was left on hold four times and the line died. I told them that I was gathering my paperwork and going to legal aid and filing a fraud suit and they did not understand that kind of language.
I found this website in America and I am appealing to a higher consciousness to CLEAR for you to clear up this matter. I don't deserve this, I am a senior citizen on a fixed income, disabled and a diabetic. I do understand that there is a communication problem, but, I don't understand why I cannot get this resolved. My bank has refused to CLEAR the charges from my account. I have been a customer for over three years with your company, paid my bill on time each month and if I have to go to court I will and you will lose a good customer.
