Hello, my name is Gloria Dezenzo and when i was online I accepted a credit card with woman within online. So some of theing clothes looked cute and bought 67.85 worth and when it was delivered to my home the shoes were a narrow width and i ordered ww wide width and then the clothes was not cut right the only thing i kept was the denim jacket that was on sale for 17.99 and then i found out i have to pay for the shipping cost although this was not my fault i did so to get them off my baCK. SO then i wanted to make a payment in full right away knowing i lost money so I did a overpayment of $3.99 so when i realized that i called 6 times to straighten things out so as that wasn't enough i notice and a bill in the mail that i owe 16.99 and they stopped my credit which i didnt want the card anyway and they wanted me to write a letter explaining that i want to restabliuash credit with them and why i stopped another payment from going to the when i did my online bill pay. So then i had to explain to them who pays and extra 35 dollars that they dont owe, anyway i just want to make sure my great credit i worked for doesnt get hurt and i want to be rid of them, what a bunch of liars and cheats this company is and they go hand in hand with world financial bank and i alreaDY CHECK OUT THE BBB.org WHICH I SHOULD OF DONE BEFORE HAND and their was about 1250 complaints.
