The Representive lead me to believe it was a Visa Credit Card and that i could use it anywhere at anytime. He did not tell me that it was an Online Credit Card Only that he was signing me up for!

On the day of April 14th a man from a company had called my phone and started describing a credit catd to me, that was for people like me trying to rebuild there credit. I said ok and begin listning to the recording that he had put me through to. As the recording was goign on he was explaining this to me speaking so fastly i only understood him and what he was saying to me.

What the understanding was is that this was a Visa Credit Card, and i could use it like anyother Credit card anywhere. They took 200.00 dollars out of my account on the 21st and 28th of April. He had given me an 888 number that i could call if i had any questions or concerns. This number that the man gave me is not a 24 hour Customer Service number, it also had an answering machine that didnt make since to me.

On the 12th of May i had called that number and spoke with a gentleman, who had told me that it takes 10 buisness days for the bank to give them notice the money was taken out. I wanted to reasure my self so i asked him the same thing i asked the man that had called me, This is a Visa Credit Card and i can use it anywhere and on anything and he had said Yes. Since they were taking it out in 2 transactions it would roughly take about 30 days altogether and that it would then be sent to me. I said thank you and hung up.

On the 13th of June i had called agin to see the progress of this card and the same man had once again answered the phone, and asked for my verification number to get into my account, i gave it to him. He told me that the Credit Card makers were about 2 weeks behind schedule and i should have it by the 20th of May. I said ok and Thank You then hung up.

On the 23rd of June i had called the number again. The same gentleman told me that they had spelt my name wrong and he was sending it out that day and i should have it with in 2 to 3 days. I was a little fustrated becasue it was like i was getting was the run around. I simply said thank you and hung up.

Then on the 8th of July i called and spoke with a woman named Kim. I had asked her where this card was and why it was taking so long for me to get it. She said now you do know that this is not a Visa Or Mastercard correct? I said no i didnt i was told that it was, by the man that works for your company. She then led to tell me that he was fired a week ago for telling people that it was an actual Credit Card and she was sorry that shed get it right out today. I told he no i dont want it i want the money put back in to my account. Kim said that she couldnt do that but she could send me the card and 300.00 worth of vouchers to make up for the time i had lost. I simply tole her that i didnt want the card and i wanted a refund. She said she couldnt do that, that i would have to write a letter stating i didnt want to card and mail it to an address she had given me, they would pull the tapes but nor every conversation was recorded just the Verification part was. And that i was not promised still i would get a refund it was up to them weither they wanted to give the money back or not. I got so fustrated with her and i told her i know it wasnt her fault but this is obsurd. And i would be contacting a lawyer. She said she was still sending the card out and i said NO LADY I DONT WANT IT I WANT THE 200.00 DOLLARS THAT WAS TAKEN OUT PUT BACK IN AND SHE TOLD ME NO. I got the address where she said i had to write to and hung up.
