I ordered a Ryka Synergy? Black/Vapor Grey/Cabo Aqua/Wild Lime (No. 24381) for $35.20. I provided my credit card information and received a reply: 'You sent a payment of $35.20 USD to li shengwei". I waited for 7 days to send an inquiry via their weblink on my confirmation: http://www.kelly-mall.info/index.php? Main_page=account_history_info&order_id=470, regarding the shipping, I received no reply. I sent another one after 10 days. I got a shipment last 9/3rd from 'China', I picked it up from USPS & the package contain a small black grocery bag with Hannah Montana picture on it. I called my credit card company but they told me to try to return to sender and see if they will credit back my account. Although the writing of the packet was in Chinese, since it was registered mail, USPS accepted the package and posted 'refused' on the package. Credit card company told me to wait for 30 days to see if I will get a refund. I have sent another email that 9/3 to the same website and still received no reply.
