I ordered shoes from Kelly-Mall on 3/17 and received a bug repellant bracelet instead on 4/2. I sent many emails to Kelly-Mall with no response. I opened a claim with PayPal to get my money back. After about a month of exchanging emails with PayPal, returning the bracelet through registered mail, and providing additional proof (scanned images of USPS tracking info, postmarked receipts from USPS, etc)... My claim was denied and closed. I am trying to appeal - the email PayPal sent to me said I provided invalid information, yet on their website, it states the "the tracking information provided by the seller did not confirm that the item was shipped to you" - my fault or seller's fault? PayPal can't get it right. If you enter the seller's tracking information into the USPS tracking webpage, it says i received a 'letter' on April 2. It looks like others on scambook are having problems getting refunded by PayPal - and I agree with what someone else said - Why is PayPal allowing Kelly-Mall to use them as a payment method? PayPal must realize this is a scam as so many have complained to them. I trusted PayPal - that an online store that uses PayPal must be legit, safe. I will be triple careful in the future. And unlike someone else mentioned on scambook, I did as PayPal requested and returned the bug repellant bracelet and now I do not have the true evidence. I got double scammed - Kelly-Mall and PayPal. Maybe I should put in a complaint about PayPal. Who can you trust? If anything changes, I will update scambook.
