I ordered a pair of $33.00 shoes from the website. I never received the shoes. Kelly-mall never replied to my e-mails asking for a tracking number. Later I remembered that I received a strange package from China, a kitchen sponge. I had saved the package because it was suspicious. Finally I put a claim in with Paypal, and they resolved it saying the seller provided a tracking number. I called Paypal, and lo and behold the tracking number was for the kitchen sponge package. Don't buy from Kelly-mall!!!
