Ordered boots from Kelly-Mall. Several weeks later, wife signed for strange flat package from China which contained a recycled shopping bag with cartoon character on it.
Emails to Kelly-Mall went unanswered and no boots arrived. Googled Kelly-Mall and found many others had been scammed in the same manner. (At least now we know where the recycled bag came from.)
Contacted PayPal and were told to return the package via registered mail (at our expense) in order to receive refund.
We are contacting credit card company to dispute the charges because PayPal has been of NO HELP.
PayPal continues to allow these criminals to scam unsuspecting customers and should be charged as an accomplice.
