I won a $25 Macy's card from Bidrack in March. I have never received the card nor an online code to get a $25 credit from Macy's. I have emailed Bidrack in regard to this matter 19 times and tried to call them and never reached a live person. I want my Macy's card. On August 13, supposedly my email was given to upper management. Today is September 6, still nothing. This company needs to pay up and be shut down.
