I live in Canada, and was convinced to sign up for a Macy's card while shopping there on a trip, I made a $60 purchase on the card. I misplaced the bill, and my payment ended up being a few days late due to the extra time in the mail (Macy's does not offer any way to pay online for Canadians!) Next month, I received a bill with late fees totaling $31!?! This is the most excessive late fee I have ever seen on any credit card... Yes, I was late by a few days and probably owe you a few dollars extra, but $31 on a $60 balance? I have paid this amount and will not be returning to Macy's.
