In David J Lederer of Lederer & Nojima was sued for legal malpractice by a construction firm. As of May this case was still pending.
There is also a Dr David Shawa of Sharp Treatment of South Bay who is currently being investigated by the State of CA Medical Board. He was turned in by a former client of Lederer's. This case is being monitored by the insurance industry.
