During the time I wasrepresented in a personal injury accident case by attorneys Bobby Saadian, Candice McGurk, and Andrew L Wright, all of the Wilshire Law Firm, I wasreferred to a physician named Farhad Mobin whose interests were averse to minein several ways. First, Dr Mobin is also a staff member at Sharp Treatment inTorrance, CA; my initial treatment after my auto accident had been at Sharp andthose treatments and doctors were the reason why my auto accident case wasflagged as fraudulent by the insurance company of the driver that had rear endedme. (I was referred to Sharp by my first attorney, David Lederer; Saaidian, McGurk, and Wright were in total my second attorney.) Also, Saaidian, McGurk, and Wright alsofailed to competently represent me when it came time to negotiate my medicalbills.
The limit on the other drivers insurance policy is 100k. My bill fromSharp Treatment alone is over 100k. Saadian, McGurk, and Wright did not attemptto have the bill lowered. My treatments at Sharp were not comparable to thebill; I did not have surgery. Sharptreated me with less than 20 physical therapy / chiropractic adjustments andgave me three facet block injections. I feel that Saadian, Mc Gurk, and Wrightfailed to negotiate my bill with Sharp to a lower amount as a courtesy to DrMobin who is on staff there. They backed off from questioning a fraudulent billbecause it would have made the clinic look bad. My former attorneys also failedto question the Sharp Treatment staff member, Dr Shawa, who misdiagnosed myback injury.
