I contacted and FAXed to SFG all documents, and they acknowledged reciept on 6/10. I was informed I would recieve a refund of between $980 and $1015 depending on where they determined covreage ended vs. Contract inception. I was told I would have a refund in approximately 25 business days (five weeks). Five weeks would have put us in late July, I have no refund and it is now the end of August. Now the phone number for SFG is out of service, and I have filed a consumer complaint with the State Attorney General's office.
