Phd construction/David Delsanto ripped me off thousands. He lied and stole from my property. Im not the only one as he is currently being sued. He is also a drug addict and a drunk. He shows up late, has his cronies mess everything up and then takes money. He is very believable when selling his jobs by using a congressman a s a reference, but tyhe congressmen knows nothing of him.
