Beware!!! I contacted this Sprint store and spoke with a sales rep named Nicklous. He told me I could have a free phone if I signed a 2 year agreement. I agreed. 3 mos later I get a bill from Sprint in the amount of $200.00 dollars and a notice stating my service would be disconnected in 10 days. How could this be? I contacted the store and spoke to Daniel. He told me that Nicklous is no longer with us and that I am responsible for the $200.00 charge. I called Sprint Corporate hoping to find some answers and their response was "im sorry to hear you were deceived, but there is nothing we can do". Seriously?
