On March 29, I contacted sprint customer service inquiring about my upgrade time. I was informed that the scheduled upgrade for my account was June. Because of the problems I was experiencing I needed to upgrade immediately. The representative quoted me a price of 120.00. When I entered the store, I was informed that the fee was 175.00 and since the sprint representative quoted me a price of 120.00 that they would have to override the fee so that I am charged 120.00. I again contacted sprint, they acknowledged the error and agreed to charge me 120.00. I was told that it would take 45 mins for the process to be overrode in the system so that the store representative could complete my transaction. After a hour i contacted sprint again and was told that they were working on the issue that it would take a few more minutes. Approximately 2 hours later, i again contacted sprint and was told that the issue had been taken care of and that i could proceed with my purchase. The store representative again entered into my account and notice that there was not a fee being charged at all. I was never informed that this fee will be on my bill. I was informed by the store representative that "SPRINT HAD WAIVED THE FEE" not that "sprint had waived the fee so I had to pay later"

I charged the purchase of the equipment on my Discover card and was prepared to pay any other charges that was necessary. I was never charge any other fees until I received a bill.
