Sprint ran a student promotion. If you purchased your phone full price at Best Buy, sprint gave you free service for a yr. However, sprint never honored their side. They claim they didnt receive the documents. Yet i have confirmations from Best Buy and the Sprint store in rogers that the faxes went through. I also filed the papers on line more than 10 times. They just dont want to honor their promotions. Its a scam to get you to buy the phone at full price. Im fixing to return my phone! Sprint is a liar and a rip off stay away! Also their own customer services told me sprint doesnt have it together and i would be better off going to at&t or verizon.
