8/16/11: I received email saying (a) my account was approved; (b) a shipment of Reservatrol would go out next day; (c) my ATM card would be charged $39.95; (d) ongoing monthly shipments @ $39.95 each would be made. I called the 800 # referenced in the email within 3 hours of the timestamp on the email and advised Terneck I never ordered their product; I didn't want it now or ever. I was assured my account would be closed, no shipment would go out and I would not be charged.
8/26/11: I received the Reservatrol product by US Mail (no paperwork included in the shipment). I called Terneck and was advised to return the product at my expense to Healthy Choice, 1417 Dolgner Place, Sanford, FL 32771. I advised Terneck they had to pay the return postage and that I would contact the Attorney General's Office. Terneck then promised to reimburse me without receiving the product back. I've since learned from my bank that I must return the product to allow the bank to dispute the charge.
