Terneckhelp charged $39.95 to my debit card for a "subscription" of which I have no knowledge. I do not know how they secured my card number and email (which I confirmed they had by speaking with the outsource company that handles Terneck's calls). The outsource company indicated they would cancel my "subscription" for the telemarketing company (Terneck), and credit me the $39.95 in 7-10 days - time will tell. I am handling this through my bank's fraud protection unit and have no desire to be contacted by an attorney, or to have my personal information shared with anyone. I believe this is identity theft, and not just a scam.
