This is what showed up on my online bank statement:

I live in Scotland and had £26.57 ($39.95) removed from my account.
Exactly four weeks earlier on the 07/19 I this showed up on my statement:
19 jul pos 5232 17jul11, medchelp.com, 8033493027 mu, usd 11.32, rate 1.6033, charge 1.25, ertf 0.19 - 8.50
£8.50 ($11.32) was removed from my account.
MedCHelp.com and Terneck.com have very similar (almost identical) "support" sites and emails.
