I agreed to trying the Nexiderm product for "free" for 10 days after reading the product advertisement which states the product is 100% guaranteed to reduce lines of aging. Product advertisement stated I could try the product and if unhappy with results I could make the choice not to receive future shipments and I would not be charged for the product. I received one initial regular sized product, which was thick and greasy and not helpful at all cosmetically.
Five days later I received another shipment, which was charged to my credit card ($49.95)- I was not even able to try the product for the full ten days before receiving the second shipment.
Six days after that another shipment arrived (credit card charged $55.90). I have since been charged for another shipment, costing $55.90. I have attempted to call and email the company. The phone number I call tells me that the company is overloaded with requests for the product and that I need to call back later.
The emails have not been responded to. I have cancelled my credit card, but am attepting to contact SOMEONE for reimbursement for this nasty product. I even have two unopened jars which I would gladly return. I will never forget the name Boehm-Ritter!!!
