I have seen many complaints about this company.in fact, I saw the complaints after I sent my passport and panicked. I was PLEASED with the prompt service and they did not ask me for any extra money. I read the instructions thoroughly (I believe this is vital with anything). Many complaints I read involved problems that could have been avoided had the consumer read instructions (not small print). Everything was itemized. For $99 plus the US State Department fee, I received my passport in a little over a week, less time than I had paid for. Tom was a super representative. No, I am not part of the company... I honestly was happily surprised because I was terrified after sending them my passport and reading reviews. Read well, keep in touch with them and have a good rapport with the person managing your case. I think most people will be pleased. There are always people who will be unhappy. However, I was so happy. I sent my passport with documentation and check on Monday. I received my passport the following Wednesday. I had been guaranteed 8-12 business days. I received it in seven business days. I don't think you can beat that service! That was paying the minimum, by the way. This is not a complaint but thought the praise was due.
