My account with Crescent Processing was closed on October 31, but yet I am sm still being charged fees for November and December, including compliance fees. As part of the closing of the account Crescent sent a FedEX call ticket to return the terminal which they received on November 5. Yet they still keep charging me fees even though I don't even have a terminal anymore. I was even told by one rep that even though the terminal is returned that account remains open. To add insult to injury, they charge me the account closing fee. When I called, 3 people told me I shold have never been charged the fees, but yet no one I spoke to would send me the credit for these fees. The story I got fom most of them was it was not their job. When they transferred me to the dept whose job it was I sat on hold for two hours until my phone battery died. When I called back was informed they went home for the evening and it wasn't his job to issue refunds, take messages, listen to complaints, etc.
