I was duped by the Crescent salesman. Big Mistake, my monthly costs are up, my per transaction fees are up, my yearly fees are up. This was a costly mistake for me. What a mess. My system went down on a busy saturday and when I called for help they told me to leave a message, but their voice mail was full so I couldn't leave one. I just had to lose business. Big mistake going with Crescent. I been dealing with credit card processing companies for about 30 years and Crescent is one of the worst. Take my advice go anywhere else.
