A replacement terminal was supposed to arrive at my location (50233) today, Monday 5/10. None arrived.
A pickup courier came to another one of my stores to pick up a terminal—he was at the wrong store! How can I use a Crescent terminal if I don't have a replacement when someone comes to pick up the defective one? Why can't you even send a terminal to the correct store?
Crescent, you are a lousy company to do business with.
I want to terminate my contract without any severance fees from you, because I've already endured excessive trouble and expense as a result of your awful service.
