This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I cannot tell enough people NOT TO EVER DO BUSINESS WITH CRESCENT PROCESSING COMPANY! They routinely over charge my account monthly. I have not had 1 month I have not had to call them. The latest is a Card Data Security Fee of $89.00. When I called them up they said they could charge it because of a single sentence in a 22 page legal contract that stated they could "Increase processing Fees and annual Fees or pose additional fees by giving merchants 30 days notice." You can't turn them down in those 30 days notice, they just let you know they are going to steal from you 30 days in advance.
The only way you can get out of these scams is to sign a waiver saying the company is not responsible for your account being hacked.in other words if Crescent has someone at their end loose a bunch of credit card numbers it don't matter to them cause YOUR NOW RESPONSIBLE FOR IT! This company is a scam, they steal, and they will drive you crazy. PLEASE LOOK AT OTHER COMMENTS about Crescent Processing Company not just mine to be convinced!
