I switched from another credit card processor two years ago because they increased my fees with the promise that the fees would remain low. Yeah right. So far the fees have far exceeded what I would have paid with the previous provider. There's a $98 corporate fee which according to the Terms and Conditions is a location fee. Nowhere does it say it's an annual fee, but I get charged this amount every year. Now two months later, I got charged another fee for who knows what. I am still waiting for my statement to see what it is. Then in June I get charge another fee for whatever. When I call and complain about the fees they refer me to the terms and conditions which incidentally I had to fight to get a copy. Apparently they never read them either or they would know the corporate fee does not mention annual. It seems the terms and conditions are a license for them to steal what ever they want from me and call it a fee for something or another. I tried contacting the sales rep that sold me the contract and she never returns my calls. I can't wait for my 4 years to be done so I can switch companies. If the fees keep coming, it will be more cost effective to switch sooner. To add insult to injury, when I signed on they promise Internet access to my account within a few months. It's been 2 1/2 years and I still don't have access. My recommendation is if someone from Crescent comes to your business offering services, ask them to leave!
