My daughter (Sharelle Prout) was deployed (US Army) 10-11-10. She was ordered to suspend her cell phone prior to that date. She did. She has Quest Internet / cell ph. Pkg. They suspended her phone. They have been charging her $90.00 per month for this complete service even though it was suspended for the time of deployment.
