My daughter has Quest / Verizon. Wireless internet/Wireless phone. She is in the US Army and was deployed last October, 11th 2010. She was ordered to have her wireless phone suspended prior to deployment, and did so sucessfully. Quest has continued (since that date) to charge (and debit) her bank account $90.00 per month for an ($24.95) internet service and a wireless phone that was suspended.
