I was charged $60.00 by this internet and do not know how they got my e-mail or bank information

I was charged $60.00 by this site on my bank account. I just happened to check tonight at 12:00 A.M. And saw this charge on my statement. I do not know this site nor have I ever been on it and I want my money back, NOW! It was taken on 8/17.
