Charged my account by 99.95 $ internet

Hi,
They charged my acocunt without information, even i did not completed my application for card but they charged me and after that never ever till now did not send me any mail or any thing about further information. I am affraid if they charged my acocunt again. How to stop this?

that what it show in my account statement by which i know it was charge by this bank.
