I got a phone call from Floridaway Dream Escape offering me a 6 day, 5 night vacation. They told me that they needed my checking acc# to complete my order, but I would not be charged anything until after I reviewed and approved a processing. I was to have 7 days to review their offer before being charged $149.00. I didn't get a chance to review anything because my review period ended on 01/04/07 and I didn't recieve their package until 01/05/07. They had already charged my checking account $149.00 on 01/04/07 without my approval. I have mailed them a registered letter and their packet back to them on 01/05/07 requesting my money be returned to my account. I also plan to go to my bank and file a fraudulent charge form to get my money back.
