I don't typically review my bank statement because I am an accountant by trade and keep very good books. I received a statement from my bank stating that my account was overdrawn, this made me check my account. I checked my account and saw that Collection Ambassador was on my statement to the tune of $230. I have had no business with Collection Ambassador as was very surprised to see this on my account. The first thing I did was contact my bank but all they could tell me that it was an electronic payment and there was not contact information for them. I tried searching for their information on the website but came up with nothing.
