I purchased DVD's of Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman, the web site said Complete Box Set NEW. Three weeks later the dvd's arrived post marked China, in plastic sleeves, stacked in video cases, and numbered by hand.
The dvd's were very badly scratched, kept pixilating and some would not play at all. I sent an email to herenowdvds Customer Support on June 25 '11, I received an email back on June 26, saying, "Please keep in mind an Official DVD Collection has never been released for this series and what you received was a Collectors/Fan Version", the email went on to ask me to try the dvd's in another dvd player, on the computer, or even an xBox. After trying all these things I sent many email, and on July 12, they promised an 80% refund. Four emails have been sent by me since that date, no return emails have arrived, and as of August 21, there is still no refund on my credit card. I have since purchased the Complete Official Box set at 1/3 the price that herenowdvds charged me so all I can says is they DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH. I would like as many people as possible to be made aware of this company's name so other people will not get caught up in this obvious fraudulent company.
