Ordered a TV series through their website on 18 October, paying AU$110.00 for it, and arrived in the mail on 4/11. On opening discovered the discs to be pirated copies, inferior quality, most of the discs do not work and so sent in a complaint via their Kangaroo DVD website. The website has the map of mainland Australia minus Tassie and claims to be an Australian DVD distributor. My order number was # 4916. I got a reply to my 3 emails. They claimed that it the Official DVD Collection of THE OUTER LIMITS 1995 new series had never been released what i got was a collectors/fan version. This is complete hogwash as i checked on Wikipedia and have also seen official releases of the same TV show in the authorised version for sale on ebay and the fact that the first disc had the MGM logo on it contradicts their story about it never having been released by the legitimate copy right holders of the company MGM. Anyway they have offered me two options 1) a $30 refund and keep the DVD's (and still lose $80) or 2) return the DVD's back to Canada for full refund minus the cost of the postage back. I feel angry being ripped off and have had my bank to cancel my card and reissue with a new one and i will report this.
