When I subscribed to OpenAire Oxygen Service a few years ago, I was told that this service would be at no cost to me—all charges would be paid by my insurance company.in February when I cancelled the service, I was billed for last four months of service totaling $731.00. Upon receiving 1st month's billing, I called OpenAire asking for explanation. Their representative told me that my insurance company would not pay the $146 since this was my annual "deductible" amount. I paid the $146.00. Later I was billed $548.31 for Dec. 09, Jan. 10, and Feb. 10 at $182.77 per month totaling $548.31.
I have refused to pay this amount since TV advertising and service representative originally stated that the customer will never have any out-of-pocket charges.
