Prefecto 2 along with my home fill oxygen compressor and the wrong Oxygen Supply Lines and Nasal Cannulas and I am on 24/7 Oxygen and have called them repeatedly to no avail, nor did a
Complaint to the Phoenix Better Business Bureau of which Preferred Homecare is a member didnot
do any good and I have also filed a number of formal grievances (compliants) with my HMO, Mercy Care Advantage as well. I have also contacted Arizona Adult Protective Services on this matter as it
also maybe violating the law, concerning Elderly Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation as well. And even when I contacted the Oxygen Concentrator Machine Manufacter Invacare Corporation of Elyria Ohio
One Invacare Way zip 44036-2125 telephone 800-333-6900 or 800-832-4707 and got the run around as well. Preferred Homecare has repeatedly lied to me, to Mercy Care Advantage HMO and
keeps trying to claim there is no problems with the machines, even though I have a ton of oxygen
tubing with inch long strands of water in them and even in the cannulas as well. This is a very dangerous situation that can easily even kill me or someone else using this defective oxygen equipment and which is also NOT Ul listed. Any and all help to resolve this matter is badly needed.
