Purchased a sonata limited w/navigation to be installed w/in days, 3 months went by no navigation installed, finally 3 weeks ago they installed a version that does not operate the way it does in the vehicle they showed us at time of purchase and was given a photocopy of korean instructions to work the very inferior product installed, daily phone calls have been made we have now completed 4 payments for a auto we did not KNOWINGLY purchase we were greattly mis led and grossly misrepresntated the unprofessional and arrogance of the staff at brad benson has only led us to believe that they have no regard for fair and honest business transactiond, please advise, thanksPeggy Lucas
