The navigation system background does not change colors as shown/stated in their literature. The service technician has not returned my telephone calls after I took my car in to the dealer.
Also I purchased a dealer installed $5,000 A-Spec kit on my 2006 TL. The dealer "sterling Acura" did not align the wheels after installing the kit. Therefore the wheel alignment was off which resulted in improper wear on my tires. Their service booklet states all dealer installed option are good for 50K miles I currently have 23K miles. They would like me to purchase new tires for a problem they created and have not addressed. The arrogence of Sterling Acura has made me report them to EVERY complaint line that exist.
