On 2/19, I went to Brad Benson Hyundia, 3905 Hyundai, 3905 Route 1 South, Monmouth Jct, New Jersey to look at some vehicles, first I called them and asked them if the had a Red Hyundai Genesis Coupe in stock and they said yes... When I got there they said they did not have any and showed me another color... I stated to them that I had been leasing cars over the pass several years and that I would like to lease a vehicle... They allowed be to test drive a blue 2011 hyundai genesis coupe... I gave them my license so that run some information on me and told them to let me think about... They forced me to get the car because they WOULD NOT GIVE ME BACK MY license... That evening they brought me the car... (they did not take my car for the trade in (a 2009 Acura TSX) which was very strange. They brought the car to me around 9:00 pm that evening and I put the car in the garage... The next morning I pulled the car out of the garage and noticed that the car had body damage on the back and front bumper... I took the car back to to them on Monday and complained that I wanted another vehicle... They told me no and that they would repair the vehicle... They repaired the body of the vehicle and I picked it up... When picked it up it still did seem like the car was driving properly... I went back to them again and told them that I wanted out of the vehicle. So what they did was traded the Genesis for a 2011 Sonata but instead of leasing they said I had to finance. They did not explain what they were doing... So after the fact I found out that they took the payments from the Genesisi and add it on to to the Sonata and gave me a 23,000.00 car for 31,000.00 and raise my payments from 370 to 419 for 84 months to payoff the Genesis. That is wrong and not right... If they would have explain to me that they were going to do this i would not have done this horrible transaction... I will never deal with brad benson hyundai again... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME AT (Personal Information Removed)... I was told today 8/17, from another hyundai dealer that i would have least keep the car for 3-4 years and that i was only paying the interest... And that the only way i could out of it was to give him 7,000 to 8,000 dollars.
