1.. Latest available NAV dvd was not installed when vehicle purchased new.
2. When vehicle first taken to dealership complaining of a rattle, nothing was accomplished. Not even a test drive.
3. I was mis-informed about who the service manager was.
4. I was mis-informed about a Technical Service Bulletin having been issued for a sunroof rattle on 2009 Lexus RX350
5. XM radio antenna improperly installed when auto purchased new
6. When vehicle was delivered to dealership the second time for a sunroof rattle the problem was not fixed, and again, no test drive.
7. Dealership not aware of windshield wiper auto sensor design problem.
8. When vehicle was delivered to the dealership for the 3rd time for sunroof rattle, the vehicle was driven for 373 miles during the 5 full days the dealership had possession of auto before being taken into the shop to be worked on.
9. After auto was worked on for 2 days and the exact cause of the rattle was determined, the technician commuted with the auto for 2 weeks to his residence in a neighboring city, putting an approx 300 additional miles on the auto.
10. Dealership falsified business records by changing the check in mileage after the 373 miles were put on the auto.
11. Dealership denies that they put the first 373 miles on the auto and claims that all other miles were for troubleshooting purposes
