On 5/6 I purchased a notebook and accessories from Best Buy in Santa Clarita, CA but was unsure if I would actually use the item. The Best Buy sales person said if I changed my mind on the purchase I had 14 days to return it for a FULL REFUND. I returned the product 6 days later (unused). I was told I would get a refund for everything except the pre-installed applications / notebook setup which cost $49.99 as the installation was considered a service. This should have been part of the notebook purchase since it was pre-installed by Best Buy. I was told that services are not refundable. If the notebook I returned is resold to another customer then Best Buy will get another $49.99 for the pre-installed applications. This is a rip-off and should be against the law. I would like to be credited the $49.99. Please advise.
