I purchased a notebook and accessories but was unsure if I would actually use the item. The Best Buy sales person said if I changed my mind on the purchase I had 14 days to return it for a FULL REFUND. I returned the product 6 days later (un-used). I was told I would get a refund for everything except the pre-installed applications / notebook setup which cost $49.99. This should have been part of the notebook purchase since it was already installed. I was told that it was considered a service and that services are not refundable. So, Best Buy in effect has stolen $50 from me. I returned the product as I purchased so if it is resold to another customer then Best Buy gets another $49.99 for the pre-installed applications. This is a rip-off and should be against the law. I needed to purchase 2 flat screen TV's - however, Best Buy won't have to worry about getting that business. $50 bucks is all they are ever going to get from me or anyone I know.
