I have been a customer of the service for at least 10 to 15 years! Bought a new car through the same make, turned in old through the same make. Payed for almost a year of service and it seems even though they can see my name, I had two accounts! I asked them to credit my paid amount to new vehicle, they transfer me to the Philippines!!! How many jobs are lost FORD and SIRIUS!!! Here in America!!! Thanks for the support! My heart sank when I heard I am in the Philippines. How sorry. When management saw how long I have been with them (the Americans) they offered me 50% off for the next 6 months. When I asked about crediting, they stated I would have to take this up with billing who happens to be out-sourced!!! If you can barely speak English, why are you talking to me? How can we come to resolution when you are reading a script? Nice try Sirius, but if you cannot talk to me in my language, you have lost a long time customer!
